Enrollment for the current school year
NECA enrolls students from K3 through twelfth grade on one campus in Northeast El Paso. Availability depends on the grade, so the first step is a conversation with the front office.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call (915) 755-1155 to ask about the grade you are considering and to arrange a visit.

Contact the front office and schedule a visit
Call the school to talk through the grade you are considering and arrange a time to come see campus.

Review and complete the enrollment materials
The enrollment packet is filled out completely, including the student information pages for each child you are enrolling.

Make the appointment to finalize paperwork
An appointment is required to notarize the tuition contract and the medical consent form and to finalize registration. Families with more than one student complete a medical consent form for each child.

Submit required records and fees
School records and required documents are turned in to the office, and registration and book fees are paid before a student begins attending.

Finish uniforms, supplies and onboarding
Have uniforms and school supplies ready for the first day. The office will confirm anything still outstanding before your student starts.

These are handled in person at the front office. For your family's privacy, this website does not collect records, identification numbers, or court documents through any form.
- Birth certificate and Social Security card, if not already on file
- Immunization record, if not already on file
- Custody details or court orders where custody arrangements apply
- Notarized tuition contract and medical consent form, completed at your appointment
