Why NECA
A school that works alongside your home, not in place of it.
At Northeast Christian Academy, we strive to create a school environment where students are known, challenged, and loved. A strong academic curriculum prepares students to thrive in college and career, while the emphasis on spiritual growth and character development prepares them to thrive in life.
Academics
Three divisions, one campus.
NECA uses the Abeka curriculum across its grade levels, integrating core academics with a Christian worldview.
K3 to K5
Early Learning
Early childhood classes that build school routines and introduce learning in a structured, caring setting.
Grades 1 to 6
Elementary
Core subjects taught with Bible instruction and chapel as part of the week.
Grades 7 to 12
Secondary
Subject-based coursework through twelfth grade, with athletics and school events on the same campus.
Our standard
P.R.I.D.E.
Five words the school returns to in classrooms, chapel, and competition.
Perseverance
Hard work continues after the first attempt. Students learn to stay with a subject until it is understood.
Respect
Teachers, classmates, families, and the campus itself are treated with courtesy, in and out of class.
Integrity
Honest work and honest words, including when no adult is watching and nothing is being graded.
Determination
Goals are set, kept in view, and pursued through the ordinary weeks of a school year.
Excellence
Careful effort offered as service, not as competition with the student sitting nearby.
Home of the Crusaders
Crusader Athletics
